• Once we receive your request, please allow us 2 working days for processing.
• Exchanges and refunds are issued within 5 working days of the request approval date.
• Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional shipping fees will be deducted as handling fees.
• Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact
• Discounted & On sale items are non refundable nor exchangeable.
